News Reporter

There are many facets to being a successful news reporter. Nicely pronounced English, a maximum of eye contact with the camera/your audience, a tidy appearance and, let’s not forget this one, a nice and cheering smile. Now, I’m not overly preening about my appearance, but when I recently found, through a great deal of pain, that I had a bad infection of a cosmeticdentistryguide.co.uk/articles/root-canal.html which had caused an abscess, I was slightly worried that a gaping gap in my grin would cost me my job. I subsequently thought that if none of thedentists in Dublin could save my tooth they would be joining me in the job centre and putting buying a dental practice guide signs in their windows.

After consultation I discovered the joy of root canal treatment which didn’t take long and only marginally interrupted my usual reporting schedule when I took a day’s holiday to calm myself after finding out I wouldn’t be losing a tooth! Histrionics over, I’ve taken to obsessively brushing my teeth after each meal now to prevent any further fits of panic over my smile!
